Larry Filetti is a senior technology and business executive with over 30 years’ experience positioning and enabling industry-leading companies to achieve strategic vision and mission through IT and enterprise management. As a passionate technologist and consummate business executive, Larry has created value and facilitated transformational change for clients across a wide range of organizations, industries, and markets. Larry is known as an inclusive leader skilled in building collaborative, cohesive teams and strong relationships with C-suite Executives, Boards of Directors, and IT management.

Over the course of his career, Larry has managed and delivered a plethora of engagements including hybrid cloud / on-premise ERP implementations, infrastructure modernization and Digital Transformation, project / program rescues, and post-ERP strategy and execution plans as well as led IT business transformations and turnarounds. He has successfully led and executed numerous merger and acquisition integrations across a number of industries and has developed an M&A due diligence and integration playbook for executing integrations and realizing millions of dollars of annual synergies.

Larry has extensive experience in IT executive leadership serving as a CIO, CTO, Board Advisor, and Executive IT Coach in a full-time, interim, and fractional capacity. He has coached, mentored, and built excellent technology professionals, strong teams, and effective organizations. Larry has developed executives and coached corporate boards through transformational programs, rescues and turnarounds, cyber security incidents, and corporate growth and carve out activities.

Larry is known for his innate ability to understand and translate between business and technology, positioning him to effectively mentor and advise boards, executives, investors, and staff across all areas and levels of an organization. Larry has served as an advisor and subject thought leader on enterprise architecture, IT transformation, mergers and acquisitions, technology introduction and delivering systems of high usability including business intelligence and enterprise IT. He has served on the Strategic and Technical Advisory Group for a mission driven, non-governmental data start-up and has advised the Government Accounting Office Executive Council on Information Management & Technology.

Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lewis University. He currently lives in Katy, TX with his wife of more than 30 years and spends his weekends entertaining his five-year old granddaughter.
